Yaron kupershtock

Yaron began his career as an apprentice of the sculptor Moti Mizrahi. While studying architecture at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, he danced in a modern dance troupe and studied painting and drawing in the master class of the painter Israel Hershberg. He was one of the founders of the Beit Midrash 'Elul' and participated in the 'Artists for Social Change' program at the photography school in Musrara, Jerusalem. In 1996 he founded the Kupershtock Architects firm.

'Skitza' – A Travel Journal

The book 'Skitza' recounts my journey around the world with insights of life. The book reflects my belief in reality, which is to walk the path without a plan. As Picasso put it "If you know exactly what you are going to do, what is the good in doing it" In my eyes, the architectural work takes place as a journey of layering sketch papers, one on top of the other, in a free process of discovery and surprise.
